Animal Activist made a false claim against me on Kijiji,  1)  Kijiji Claimed I advertised my animals in more than one state?  Untrue, maybe a hacker did, but I did not 2)  Stated I required shipping up front?  I do not and proved it!  My ad states all shipping must be paid direct to the Airlines; and I proved it!  Now, official decision:  Their site only allows "Shelters" & "small time breeders" So they won't unblock my account?  I also have been a faithful eBay seller for over five years, with great feedback.  You do not get this by ripping people off!  My ads were cut without any notice or sincere inquiry. I have been a faithful customer for over two years.

I have been an eBay seller for years, with great feedback. I did not even know that Kijiji was associated with eBay. I guess they are in a law suit against each other now. When I first started using this site it was great, never a problem for over two years. But over the last year, a lot of emails have come from "Animal Rights Activist" that believe that NO animal should ever be breed, because if they are, a home is stolen from a shelter dog. I sympathize with the plight of the shelter dogs. I myself have re-homed dogs dumped on us, using this site. But now a Hate crime has been committed against me. 1) I was accused by www.Kijiji.com of advertising my dogs in more than one state? Which I did not do. (And they allow, and show a seller how on their site.) A hacker may have, but I did not. 2) I also was accused by www.Kijiji.com as requiring shipping up front? I do not! I have never even shipped a dog ever, but people ask for the information, so I give it. My ad was very specific: "Shipping is paid direct to the Airlines!" And I provided proof to Kijiji. After many repetitive questions from Kijiji which I answered honestly the final decision is: "Their site does not allow any advertising from anyone except "Shelters" and "Small Breeders." (This is not a policy that I have seen on Kijiji. 4) www.Kijiji.com allowed a Hate Activist to place an ad "warning against me," and maintained the ad in the category under "For Sale" dogs and it was for "FREE?". The ad stated misinformation about an ad that was on www.puppyfind.com and not an ad even on www.Kijiji.com! The hate activist emailed me that she reported me as a scam to www.Kijiji.com I can prove this lady never emailed me, and daily in harassment? This is not a policy that I have seen on their site, they also show how to advertise animals in other states. The site would close over night if people like me did not use them. I am not a "back yard breeder," "Puppy Mill" as many activist carry on about in their emails. I am honest, do my best to try to re-home dumped dogs, find owners of found dogs, spayed/neuter my own, my kids animals etc. But I also enjoy helping my son raise his yearly litter of Chorkie puppies. The questions from Kijiji were repetitive, an interrogation. I even provided proof of the ad not requiring shipping up front! This site is to me a scam because they do not follow their own policies, make them up as they go, and wrongfully accuse people of wrong doing without any cause. When I provided proof, that should have been the end of it! I guess they also have many "Animal Right Activist" on staff that simply without justice feel they can dictate to sellers their beliefs. Yes, I am now using other sites, but I as a seller, if full time, or once in a while take my reputation seriously. I am turning all the emails from www.Kijiji.com and the lady that started it all, over to my attorney.
