William J. Turner is a complete FRAUD! Will Turner, International Settlements, pretends to be a lender. Will Turner even issues bogus LOI's and Commitments. Will Turner (most recently located in Norcross, Georgia) is nothing more than a shady, hefty up-front fee collector. William J. Turner's most recent "company", International Settlements, has probably already been shut down by the Georgia Attorney General's Office or Feds. Will Turner is NOT a lender and does NOT get loans funded. Will Turner pretends to be a direct lender with "investors" behind the scene, but does nothing more than collect large up-front fees and walks away. Will Turner International Settlements, will come up with ANY excuse not to fund. Even if NOTHING is done on your file, Will Turner will keep your 5-figure up-front fee!
