MONEY WAS PUT ON MONEY CARD ON THE 14TH OF OCTBER 2011 AT THE MAYSVILLE WALMART WENT UTO USE CARD AND IT WAS REFUSED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. GOING BACK TO STORE TO GET MONEY BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY THE VISA WALMART MONEY CARD.
