I rec'd a call about getting internet phone service for $19.95 a month. I told the telemarketer I was not interested because I already had a service for much less than that. He asked how much and I said $1.70 per month. He then said they would pay me to try it and would give me a $100 Walmart Gift card. I asked how soon I would get that, and he told me it would be in the box that the equipment came in. I also got an additional # and cell phone service, to try for 3 free months. I figured, how could I lose with getting a $100 Walmart gift card in the package they were mailing to me with the equipment in it. Well I rec'd the package on Wed.May 20, 2009. I immediately looked for the card and it was not there. I called the company and told them I had not rec'd the gift card. I was then told I was not supposed to get it for 3 mos. Well that really teed me off. I would never had gotten the service if I had been told that in the first place because I already had service cheaper. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person I talked to said none was available. I told him to try and he then said he would have the salesmanager call, but he never did. They wanted a $29.95 equipment deposit, supposedly fully refundable, that had to be paid with the order, + another $8+ dollars for mailing. Since they mailed it they may be in trouble for mail fraud. I still have not rec'd call back from them and do not expect to. I will call again tomorrow May 26th, to see if they can fix this. If they do I will get back to this website and if they don't I will also get back with this website
