ushippet trave Navigation: Main page Author: Anonymous This report is about mr mathew and mrs joan puyol, You never speak to mrs puyol so i doubt she even exists what i do know is that mr puyol and the customers service agent for uship pet travel are the exact same person he just puts on a slightly deeper accent. Firstly the ask you for £150 for delivery of your puppy when you pay that they say they are checking the documents are ready for delivery. Then for some reason mr puyol has lost the insurance documents and the company come up with the refundable insurance were if you pay £500 they will use temporary insurance documents and when the puppy is delivered they say you will be refunded that £500. And because of the time wasted looking for papers you have missed the delivery slot and have to pay £60 for the next slot. Kirstie, kirkcaldy ,uk
