This is notreally a complaint as it is possibly to prevent one. USA is promising a 9 to 12 % return per year in investments. I can find no information on the company or Mr. Francois Durmaz who is one of the managing partners. USA is located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

Possible ponzi scheme.
