U.S. Post Office![]() Navigation: Main page Author: Kathleen46 I sent a package (a USPS.com international/domestic envelope supplied they them) that cost $12.31 to an address in the Phillipines. I HANDED my carrier the package with the prepaid postage on it. The envelope has disappeared -- Kapoofed!. They cannot track it. (Twelve bucks doesn't buy much, anymore!) Simply put: they can throw it away and the consumer has no recourse! For about double that amount, they'll try to keep an eye on it! UPS is back on my "good guy" list!
