Us Mortgage Advocates Inc in culver city Navigation: Main page Author: Anonymous I did a loan modification with Us Mortgage Advocates Inc in culver city with their agent name is Eddie Collips since October, 2009 with the contract which shown there is a refund if the process is unsuccessed. The process took 4 months and I got the result on March, 2010 which is unsuccessed, so I requested for my refund on Apirl, 2010. Since I started asking for my refund by calling them, they didn't answer at all and never called me back even I left many messages like every week. I went to their office and talked about my refund with their assistant Maria who insisted that she is not the one to take responsible of my refund and only Robert Susnar is the one in charged of my refund. Robert Susnar told me to wait 45 days from the date they reported our failure case to their financial department on end of Apirl, 2010. After 45 days of waiting, I did a call to ask any further information about my request, but they did not answered my calls and no response, so I keep left my messages until now. It's been 75 days/ 2 ½ months already without any response from them. Us Mortgage Advocates Inc or Consumer legal Services is a scam? Don't do a business with them because once they got the money, they won't contact to you. I will find a lawyer and see what can I do to that company.
