This is a clear discrimination tactic which involves group segregation and discrimination preferencing where they are indirectly saying that those who belong to the minor groups on the site are less important especially in being highlighted compared with those who belong to the major group on the site.

Therefore those who are of these minor groups are therefore to be segregated or separated and placed in the last preference category or bracket when it comes to being highlighted on the site.

Discrimination always produces bias in the preferential prioritization of others and here it is clearly seen
