This company claims to use only professionally trained employees. In fact, they use untrained laborers. The employees spilled bleach on expensive carpet, destroying it beyond repair. Guilebaldo Garcia, owner, refuses to pay for damages, after promising to do so. Judgment was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court, Van Nuys, CA. against this company. Mr. Garcia continues to dodge service of legal documents.

Mr. Art Navarro, Operations Mgr for TRANSCENDENT BUILDING MAINTENANCE, LLC, responded to my latest demand for payment with the following text:

"FUCK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!! AND FUCK OFF !!!! YOU FAT PIECE OF SHIT..... POST THAT !!!!!..."

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RECKLESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL.
