I Mr.Ganesh Patra declare that i have received a blackberry handset from your company and paid the full amount.After i opened the pack i came to realize that it was not working at all.Since i had paid the full amount i am eligible to receive a good set without any default.But i am very upset that this company had cheated me.I will lodge a complain in consumer forum as well as higher authority of blackberry as to how they have allowed ur company to sell this defective set and also i will take the necessary steps required.I wil expect the cmpany to call me within 24hrs.My number is 9062063898/9088105055.I had a very bitter experience by trusting this shorts of vauge companys also lost my faith on blackberry.I would suggest people not to make such mistakes which i had done.
