After verifying that I was out of contract, twice, i switched to a different carrier and then received a bill for $150 cancellaiton charge for the 3 phones we had. Called to complain, escalated to a supervisor. They held their ground. I paid the actual charges and asked them to put the cancellation charges under dispute. Repeatedly call my home phone (i am not there) and my wife has asked them to call my cell phone, which they refuse to do. Now sending me to collections. Gotta love the bastards in the phone industry.
