Tire Discounters put wrong size tires on my Dodge dually without my consent or knowledge. Now the tires rub together in rear (kiss), making it unsafe/illegal to drive and they want me to pay half the cost of the new tires!!! It took four trips to their (stores) and a call to the district office before they would even admit what the problem was (we were told the first few times that they didn't know what caused it!) Just bought the Michelin tires in Feb. and now they are trying to say they are 1/3 worn and we must pay for half of them (had they replaced them the first they wouldn't be as worn) While discussing the issues with the regional or district manager (not sure which) named Tom, we actually showed an even bigger lack of good judgement when he made the following racial slur while looking at the point where the tires were bulging out and touching other: "Looks like a black guys crack.... Ha Ha Ha Ha". His lack of professionalism and accountability was astounding!! Do not deal with people because if they make a mistake, as we all do, their not going to stand behind it.
