Timber Lodge RV Resort Company Collects with threat Navigation: Main page Author: Pam I wanted to add my story to the other two. We bought our membership in 1999 and have been paying the dues for 8 years. I experienced the same problem with this company in that Jim Jerde will not return my calls. I even called a number that I had on my original paperwork and Jim Jerde answered with Card Services. When I asked if it was Timber Lodge he said NO and I told him that he sounded just like the voice on the Timber Lodge answering machine. He said No he didn't know who that was. When I called back again it went to an answering machine. I then called Passport America at 1-800-283-7183 and they said they would call him and have him call me. Passport America called me back and said that she had spoken to Jim and someone from his office would call me. Needless to say they didn't. I keep getting delinquent notices and today I received one for 129.00 and saying if not paid in 10 days it would be turned over to a collection agency and they would add $100.00 to that. I am hoping that someone can offer a solution to getting rid of this thing.
