I was a member at Retro Fitness in North Wales, PA. I enjoyed going there everyday because I have a health condition that I am trying to get rid of. I decided to take personal training with The E.F.T Group. What a mistake, and a nightmare! Their management is suppose to promote diet and fitness, and in the process they are trying to make dates and get ladies phone numbers. The staff is like a revolving door. The gal I had train me was fooling around with the Assistant Manager of The E.F.T. Group. What poor conduct and disgrace to the profession! I called the company and demanded another trainer. I then got recommended to another trainer by one of E.F.T.'s Management who said this trainer that he is recommending me to, is very compassionate. I liked this new trainer a lot, and the fitness routines he gave me. The only problem is, I did not like everyone else in my training sessions. Very unprofessional! I wanted to get treated like everyone else. On top of that, I am unemployed. I am not putting the money out if I am not getting trained properly. These trainers have affairs with clients. And if they do want you as a friend, or do not like you, they treat you like garbage. I had this woman that had the same trainer I did, in the middle of my training sessions. She made an idiot out of herself with the trainer I had, and also other ones and the management. This woman did not even do all of her workouts. She talks the whole time and makes other people late for their sessions. She gave me a lot of crap, and made a nuisance out of herself. I found out that she was involved with the trainer I had. The E.F.T Group told me if anyone see's their clients, they will get fired. I was treated very unfair and wrong by the E.F.T. Group. They also called the police on me, and told me if I go back to the healthclub again, they will have me arrested. I am no longer permitted back to Retro Fitness again. The trainer does not want to speak or have any contact with me. How Compassionate! All because of this immature woman. I am seeking a 1 year refund from E.F.T. Group for insufficient training. I will not recommend anyone to Retro Fitness or The E.F.T. Group. Folks choose your healthclub wisely.
