Teleperformance Usa worst workplace ever Navigation: Main page Author: Hippie Teleperformance USA located in Ogden Utah is by far the worst place I ever worked in my life. They lure you away from other companies with the promise of bonuses and raises with a future in telemarketing and management. After completing a training period, they give you a work schedule that is the leftover crap that no one else wants. There is so much favoritism there it makes you want to puke. Certain people can get away with lying about having jobs and/or being in school at night, when in reality they are in the bars at night!!! You are constantly threatened with your job (write-ups,etc) if you don't reel in enough suckers to buy whatever worthless garbage they are selling at the time. It's not who you know, it's who you b***. Ask anyone who'se ever work there.
