Two weeks ago I received a collection call from Snergy Acceptance Corp. I called them back to find out what the issue was since the loan with snergy was sold to another company in 2009. At the time the igentleman said "Oh is was a mistake you do not owe anything everything is paid off". I said thank and would he kindly send me a letter in the mail to state this... I got the letter all right... the problem is that instead of stating " Bill paid in full" it stated I owed 206.71 due in 12/24/2012. I called them back and asked to speak to a manager who was not availiable. I have requested a call back and another letter in the mail I hope I get it.... But this is an unneccessay hassle for a loan that they do not even own anymore. Mary B Synergy Acceptance Corp Scam
