Thought I was ordering 1 free bottle and being charge $3.00 in shippping, ended up receiving a box full of products I did not order and 169.95 being stolen from my bank account, I say stolen because I only approved $3.00, and the $170.00 was taken a few days later and not approved by me! I sent products unopened back immediatly and demanded refund. They denied the fact that this was scam and told me i must have ordered! I did not! They then told me I would receive refund in the mail within 3 weeks. Product was received by them 7/21/10 and today is 8/18/10 and I still have received no refund. I have spoken to several people and also contacted by email. Now they are telling me 4 weeks, Wonder what they will say next week!!!!!!! Now I have no product and still no refund! I will be taking further action!
