Stay away from these bandits. You will pay close to $3000 in fees to close a loan and they are not disclosed to you at any time during the process. Your borrower doesn't pay, YOU DO. The broker fees are not disclosed on the GFE or final HUD and the contract you sign with Steltmen only dislcoses their fees. It takes 2 mos to get paid once the loan finally closes.
