SPS Select Portolio Servicing Inc Navigation: Main page Author: Anonymous Firstly I have two mortages the one is managed by a Company who calls me to offer me lower interest rates and payment amounts and does what they agree to. The other are the ripoff artists at SPS Select Piracy Servicing. After agreeing to a loan modification and a trial of $1254 per month down from $1708, they mess up on the contract and can't get it right after over a month. Then after I have still paid the agreed lower amount twice despite not having a legal agreement signed to do so, they call me today to say the modification has been denied as I am too rich and don't need to do a re-modification. Knowing how tight things are I ask them to tell me how they figure that, after an hour of asking me for all new figures they then say oh you are way too poor we can't remodify as you won't be able to make the new lower payments, so I go from being too rich to too poor in the space of an hour my blood pressure goes through the roof and the dumb ass has the nerve to tell me I need to sell my house so they can get their money back out and everbody else, me and the other mortgage holder will have to deal with our losses $78,000.00 Then I get the threat that I have 3 days to pay them $7,000.00 or they will foreclose. My fighting blood is up, these pirates need to get taken down. They even have the nerve to tell me to tell them first if I am going to declare bankruptcy so they can ensure they get the house before the courts do. This after telling me to sell my Company worth over $1,000,000 to cover the complete mortgage cost. And they wonder why disable vetrans go postal? I too will sign up for class action or any action to destroy this company of pirates and economy looters.
