Spira Footwear Defective Shoes

I recently purchased Spira Unisex Stinger Elite Running Shoe. I loved them. They were great. But the springs are digging out of the bottom of the soles and are now useless/un-wearable. I just received them around Valentine's Day. It's only been two months. I have photos of the shoes, upon request. I emailed them about my complaint, but they chose to never reply or even acknowledge the email.
