SMP Innovations Capital - Trust Capital Investment SCAM

I recently received an unmarked envelope via mail. Opened it and found a check for $4,750.00 deductible from my total 'winnings' of $253,000.00. However, tax fees applied and they instructed me to send $3,410.00 to a Canadian tax agent. I called 'claim agent' Micheal Moore under the phone number given to me (778) 862-3099 but was directed to a voicemail account that was full. Skeptical, I searched this Ripoff Report website and found that a NormaSilva from Chicago, IL also had the same problem. She posted another number--Canadian as well--(778) 393-1933. I called this number asking for the individual they instructed HER to contact claim agent 'Michael Moore' The man responded as Michael Moore and told me to call back in 10 minutes. We asked a friend to call from a different area code and ask this time for 'Bill Gray,' Norma's claim agent. The same man responded and acknowleged--falsely-- that he was indeed Bill Gray. ONE voice/accent/man claiming to be TWO different claim agents. The names of the companies were also inconsistent. He answered as Trust Capital Investment LLC and I asked for SMP Innovations LLC, he responded to both as well.
