I am in my forties and I have recently had the worst experience with so-called "life coaching" with Shannon Graham, which was different from my previous experiences with therapy which were very helpful.In all fields, we come across people who are admirable in their profession and those who bring it into disrepute.There are a lot of well intended people out there who are persuaded by others into parting with a great deal of money for hokey alternative practices that demand zero training. I wasted time and money.The guy's website and initial consultations were excellent but let me tell you he was a fraud. He took my money up front and wanted me to pay for 4 sessions in advance and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he took no responsibility for the problems he had caused in my life and career by observing his "coaching". There was no appology for the state his "work" left my life in. There was I expecting guidance on life, love, career and values and this man spent our sessions making false assumptions, judging, and influencing decisions that would lead me into a depression. If you come across him in your search for self improvement, avoid him and do research before entrusting someone like this to "help" your life!
