Your website is bullshit. You have allowed a third party with bad intentions to publicly file a fictitious complaint. My company, Fee Relief Now, has ZERO complaints with ANY agency, Federal or State. You state that the complaint will not be removed and we should settle with the consumer. But you, nor the "consumer" makes their information available. Thankfully, my company has the resources to bury your little website. You should familiarize yourself with the names Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. You will be hearing from them shortly. I have no intention on paying anyone 399 for "mediation". In fact, when this is all said and done, the damages you will be paying my company, along with any fines which will be levied, will far eclipse that amount. Before I legally kick your ass, I will give you the opportunity to call me. My number is (Redacted Due To Violation Of Our Terms). And if you have the balls, please POST THIS COMPLAINT, along with my phone number. But my guess is that you wont post a complaint against your own bullshit company. And as for your disclaimer that "site owners are not responsible for the information posted on this website", I have a newsflash for you. You ARE responsible. Plain and simple. You should probably get someone with more than a law degree from PHOENIX ONLINE to review your site.
