I was browsing for reviews on Best Buy Geek Squad. I noticed that all the reviews on this website seem to say that Geek Squad failed and that a company called Secure Remote Support was able to fix all their issues because Geek Squad couldn't. Let me start by saying, this company is just making these things up just to get business. What tipped me off is the way each review has the same lingo. They all appear to have a somewhat nonchalant and casual way of describing the situation, followed by a ridiculous repair time or complaint of unfinished service, followed by a resolution by a company called Secure Remote Support. This is a low blow considering that Geek Squad is very accurate and professional from my experiences and most of the stuff in those reviews would never happen. Any claims of Geek Squad not fixing it the first time is a lie. Also, any claim of charging on pickup is a lie as all service fees are collected upon check-in. Also, any claim of a bad hardware repair is a lie because GS does not do that in the store. The company Secure Remote Support is just trying to diminish the quality work of Geek Squad to gain business for their company. These lies they are producing does not reflect well on their company. Beware of this company and stick with the professionals at Geek Squad to have it done right the first time.
