It is simple, all a scam copany has to do is say they have had 25000 transactions and 5 complaints, this would give them a low complaint ration. The thing is, the BBB does not truely verify how many transactions a company has really had. 

ShamScam.com lets consumers submit scam complaints online on our website, wehere they will be archived forever. Businesses and consumers can file a comment on the complaints to add to them or file a response.
