I'm just as bad as the previous complaint. I signed up for mylife.com over a year ago and I noticed that I was being charged by savingsace.com for $19.95 so I called the toll free number and spoke with a rep. there who couldn't find my information. I found that a little odd so she transferred me to Dana who was very rude. They also asked me for my credit card number, membership ID, or phone number before I was able to speak to anyone and I sure wasn't going to give them my credit card number and I had no idea what my membership number was. When I spoke with Dana he informed me that they are an advertizement banner that runs with mylife.com and they aren't even a part of mylife.com. I asked him how he was able to charge me for something I never signed up for just because he advertized on one website I did sign up for. He wasn't able to answer my question. I canceled mylife.com a long time ago and he told me that since they aren't a part of them he wouldn't know that I canceled it. I told him that was even worse to hear. I then requested that this be canceled immediately and I better receive a confirmation number as well as a confirmation email stating that this is canceled.
