After trying to get a one month extension for 6 months to get caught up on my payment, I finally gave up and borrowed money from six family members and friends to pay the one month I was behind due to extenuating circumstances. The day after I made the payment online they start calling me again because i am one day late on august payment, W.T.F. I tell the rep that I only get paid once a month on the 1st of the month, and that I would like to get my due date moved closer to the 1st instead of the middle of the month so I will not be late, the B#?*h told me that I needed to make a payment before I could get the due date moved, I told her I just made a payment the day before. She said that was for July and now I am 1 day late on my september payment, again I told her I only get paid on the 1st of the month. I never did get the due date moved they are a bunch of morones who only want to collect late fees. they do not care about working with their customers. If you are offered financing through this piece of crap company turn and run as fast as you can.
