RushCard keeps your money for 33 to 93 days Navigation: Main page Author: Tip113 RushCard is about RushCard not there customers, on April 27, 2009 I flew from Los Angeles to North Carolina for my baby girl 21 birthday she attends college there, while at alamo rent a car i was renting a car for the week and one of the new employees made the mistake and swipe my credit card twice for the exact same amount 297.00 dollars. I contacted RushCard immediately and told them what happen, the Rep from RushCard notice the two charges the manager from alamo spoke to the rep and told of the mistake, RushCard told him to fax a form in which alamo do not have. RuschCard stated after seeing the mistake that they can not refund me the money until May 30, 2009 that is 33 days after the fact that . Is there a law out there in which a credit card company can keep someones money? To anyone who reads this keep ur own money RushCard is a horrible card company.
