I have heard about Rodis Law Group in September 2008 I was current with my mortgage at this time AND I ANTICIPATED MY INABILITY TO PAY ANY LONGER.Than in November I have sign with them RODIS requested $3300 and stated that Law in State of California requires for me to pay total before they will be able to take any action PRIOR TO SIGNING WITH RODIS I WAS ABLE TO NEGOCIATE WITH MY BANK FROM 7 ¼ INTREST ONLY TO BE REDUCED TO 5.5% 30 YEARS FIXED AND............. RODIS TOLD ME THEY WILL DO MUCH BETTER EVEN AFTER I WAS HAVING BANK OFFER IN MY HANDS READY TO BE SIGNED.. AND I DID NOT SIGN IT... Rodis Law Group never signed for me any paper documenting their obligations or their representation of my case.. Never called GMAC never contacted BANK apart from sending them notification about legal representation . I have got scammed for not only $2200 but in addition to that , court handed to me Foreclosure paper. And when I asked for document standing that Rodis is representing me in Loan Modification I was Told by Katina from Rodis Law Group that she cannot give me this letter. And she advised me that I should hire local consul . "SO WHAT DID I PAY YOU MY MONEY FOR ?" I said I'm 6 months behind now and I'm in foreclosure , and bank is not accepting any payments from me any longer.. that is the result of Rodis doing nothing. One day 9 weeks ago I was assigned By Arron to lady who spoke to me she said that she is new to the Rodis Law Group she requested from me to fax her documents and very next day I was told that she does not work with them any longer.

ARRON GARSIA was the one who assign me and he promised me quick recovery and 2 days ago he said" I DO NOT HAVE KNOWLAGE ABOUT YOUR CASE TALK TO KATINA and Katina 2 months ago said that She will give me negotiator within a week and she did promised me the same 6 days ago... NEVER happened!!!!!!!!!!! ! In the min time I went for free to paid by government consul and I was able to respond to foreclosure court paper Tomorrow I will go to free workshop paid by federal money non for profit organization educating me how to handle this tings by myself . HOW THE PERSON MUST BE STUPID TO TRUST SLIKY SLAY RODIS LOW GROUP BASED ON THEIR SUPER GOOD ENGLISH SKILS AND ABILITY TO CONVINCE POOR PEOPLE IN CRISSIS AND TO ROBBED BY THEM NOT ONLY FROM HIS DREAMS BUT FROM HIS HOUSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a former scientist from my former entity at 77-15 world Trade Center One!!!! I was president of this entity and I was working With CTC NASA DEP of Defense Army Corp. in SBIR my entity created and patented innovative technology with use for Government,Army FHA, NASA and environment. I did something good to this country AND I CANNOT SAY THE SAME ABOUT RODIS LOW GROUP.I HAVE CREATED SOMETHING TO THIS COUNTRY And my level of education might be higher then anyone from Rodis Law Group. My problem is with inability to be fluent with English enough to represent myself. And I'm sure that nobody from Rodis could speak with 5 languages. I WAS USED IN THE TIME OF NEED AND I WAS ROBBED AND PUT MORE DOWN THAN I WAS BEFORE. I was faxing them over and over again the same documents and personal information. Rodis put me from being just 2 months behind to foreclosure. RODIS was promising to reduce my mortgage amount along with interest rate. Never done
