Every time I call to get a status, I am transferred to a different person giving me a generic answer or none at all. I paid them $5500 in full and can't get an answer for months. Suddenly they call me asking for paperwork that I sent over several times already. One case worker told me that I couldn't speak with the attorney assigned to my case, Ron Rodis, because he is planning to leave the company. I thought I was hiring a legit attorney. I finally called in and got a sympathetic ear who told me he was so sorry and he was going to resign that day because of this type of business practice. Does anyone have any advice about what recourse I have?
