Since November 2011, 5 attorneys have been disbarred in Ft Lauderdale. Robert Scott Hannan, aka Robert Hannan, (Robert s Hannan Law offices)has generated complaints about him online.

South Florida has become a haven for corruption with 5 attorneys disbarred as reported in the South Florida Business journal. This brings me to my point, when Robert Hannan is researched online via Broward County Court records we find that: He has several tickets such as driving without a license, hunting/fishing/trapping without a license and looks like an unwillingness to pay a few bills. Bills like he files with the courts for late payments on others. Seems like he holds himself above standards and above the law in which citizens in Florida are subject to.

When i lived in Florida I made sure I carried a license, and if I would get caught without a license i would pay the fine instead of fighting it in court, as Mr Hannan has done so in the past. We find a woman or two have reviewed Robert Hannan, and: Apparently from 1-2 women, one said he basically told her to shut up when she asked about her case. Now that doesn't sound very nice especially since Robert Hannan had an award of sorts I found on avvo.com from Woman In Distress, is he affiliated? was this an award? And does he prey on women like a review reported on Yelp? Although you can write whatever you want online or believe what you want since it is opinion, Broward county records do not lie, now do they? Upon further research to some of these online claims, I found something interesting, apparently Robert Hannan moves his law office, I wonder why? When I googled him, I found him in Pembroke Pines, and then moved an office to Fort Lauderdale? when I ran one of those free background searches I found a particular Robert Hannan, moved multiple cities, If this is the same one, now ask yourself, Why would an attorney that has been practicing for over 20 years, move around so much? shouldn't they be established? Although this is my opinion it makes you wonder now doesn't it? When I did a map search on google maps, I found something that a poster wrote that he has trash in front of his practice. I thought nothing of it, until I found another picture taken at a different time on a site called tree.com with..........more trash out in front, actually appears to be 3 trash cans. Now I found a Julian Joyce at this address, which is how I found another picture of the office and traced back to Mr. Hannan. I have a question, why does an attorney firm have so much trash out in front of the office? Aren't Attorneys suppose to shred important documents? After all garbage is 9/10 of the law. I thought the poster may have been an angry client or opposing side, but when I researched, it all made sense to me. If any of this is true, then I hope justice is served to Mr. Hannan, no one is above reproach and no one is above the law. My heart goes out to anyone that has posted a negative review on Mr Hannan or that has genuinely been wronged, and I hope that God will bless you and I pray for justice to be brought down against this Robert Hannan down there in South Florida. In this economy no one should be taken advantage of by anyone.
