I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER BRIAN FLOWERS WHO TOLD ME TO "FOOK OFF" AND PUSHED ME OUT THE DOOR. I HAD TO PLEAD WITH HIS PARTNER TO ALLOW ME TO GET MY LUGGAGE FROM THE ROOM. I WAS ALSO TURNED DOWN FOR A REFUND ON THE REMAINING PORTION OF MY RESERVATION. RIPOFF! THE SAPPHIRE LODGE (PATTAYA) THEFT!
