Rhema Investments David Manning Con-Artist Navigation: Main page Author: Herman I am saddened to hear of all these Victims of David Manning. He got me as also for tens of thousands. My company also had money stolen by David. It is true that he takes the money upfront then vanishes. I am available to anyone who wants my story. I was wondering why I can't find any published numbers on David, Rhema investments or Jose Corona. Most of the time when you have a legitamate business you can find a listed number. I do know he moves around very often to evade authorities. DONT GIVE DAVID OR RHEMA ANY MONEY. He will steal it and never make a loan. I hope you all can recover better than us. Its been hard. He is the devil.
