Replygroup S.A.R.L. stole my money Navigation: Main page Author: Rory I won a bid for a diamond ring on ebay offered for sale by replygroup S.A.R.L. Was told it was shipped DHL and given a tracking number. Number was no good. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200. I filed a complaint through paypal and received $200 back but am still out $2300.00 They sent me a package recentely with a cheap pair of earrings in it. Paypal is still working on getting my money, but I am not to optimistic. I posted this on another scam reporting website and the company sent a rebuttal stating that what I was saying was defamation. That they have no idea what I am talking about. I saved emails i sent the company throught their website about the ring. Their first response was that they did not know what I was talking about. Then they stated in a second email that the diamond ring had been sent( two months after the auction ended) instead I received the cheap earrings. After that they refused the return any emails. They also scammed 3 other people for a total of about $10,000. If Replygroup is reading this. get your lawyers and come after me, I am sure they would like to read the emails I have saved. i have also filed a report with the FBI on internet scams.
