It will be 4 days today since we agreed to purchase a membership in Vida Vacations. We are in Mexico trying to cancel this. They agree, after I called them they got the email trying to cancel but noone, to my knowledge, has even attempted to get in touch with me. The representative we had gave us her phone number, but it is bogus, that is why we really got worried. We can't even get an email back, am afraid they will calim they never got the notice in the five days, even though the man on the phone said they did. We do not know what to think. I think we need help after reading all the complaints
