My experience with Orr seems to be the same as everyone else. No returned e-mails, no returned phone calls. Property owner claims that Orr has been paid entire contract less 50K, but Orr won't pay us and won't explain what they did with the money. The bank required no lien releases before handing over funds to Orr, so there is little trail as to who they paid and who they didn't pay.

Times are tough enough right now. When you get screwed by a company that you have done previous business with for almost 30 years, you know that the younger generation is making the founders flip over in their graves.
