I signed up with the above company to get help from people supposedly more sophisticated than me to improve my pay per click program on Google. I authorized a charge of $600 which was to cover the set up of their new account and a month of monitoring. I gave them password access to my accounts one of which they never used. So not only did they not access my accounts but they gave the assignment to a 2-bit uneducated person who didn't possess the expertise to set up such an account and was too lazy to even look at what I was running. He or she could not even spell the name of the country of WALES and instead gave me WHALES which gives you an idea of just how smart they are. I checked in on "my account a week later and found that I was being charged prices WAY BEYOND what I was told so I immediately changed the passwords and notified them that our agreement was cancelled. But of course it took them 3 more days to get around to doing that so I had another $50 added to my charges. I am a totally dissatisfied consumer. All they have proven is that they create phony accounts and fake the data in them. They cannot prove that anything was legitimately done to my website when in their hands. And regarding education, no I never expected them to make an expert out of me but it is pure fraud when the deal is: sign up, authorize money and then stay out of our way while we do as we wish with your money and owe you NO explanation as to what we did. These people should not be Google or YahooBing Certified. They don't know anything about pay per click. They are simply robbing people. If I were you, I would not want my logo on their website. They are a complete fraud.
