OnlyPhone Network Navigation: Main page Author: Anonymous I ordered 3 items from onlyhd2.com. A case, screen protector, and dock for my HTC HD2 cell phone. I didn't want my screen to become damaged, so I forked over an extra 12 dollars for 2 day shipping. 7 Days after I placed the order, I called to see what was holding up my shipment. Their response was "Oh, sorry, we'll ship the 2 items tomorrow, but the dock is on backorder and will be sent within 1 month" I should have cancelled right here, but I didnt. In another 2 days, I received a screen protector and case for an iPhone despite my specific order for HD2, and ordering from a site branded as onlyhd2.com I called to see how they would remedy the issue. They said they would send the proper parts as ordered, but I was jaded at this point and proclaimed my desire to cancel the entire order. They said this would be no problem and I would be refunded right away. I spend another 12 dollars to UPS the incorrect parts back, and heard nothing. 6 days later, I received the box back, marked "Receiver did not want, refused delivery" Now they don't answer the phone, paypal sided with them citing that "We don't ensure quality of goods shipped, only that you received them" I reversed the charge with my bank, who was only too happy to comply. Be warned, DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER. Pay a few more bucks and go to a retail store for your mobile provider.
