Pure and simple theft. My wife ordered a head cover for me back in November for a Christmas present. The Monday before Christmas it had still not arrived. She called and finally got through. "Oh we must have missed that order." We will get that out this week. Two weeks later and still not word. No answer from email, not answering their phone. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! Buy your golf items elsewhere.
