The other day, At&t called me to inform me that i have a bill for a prepaid account(yes, a BILL for prepaid!!!) that i did not sign up for. I told them that i never have been one of their prepaid subscribers.

They confirmed receipt of the device but stated it took me too long to return the device and refused to refund my deposit. I cancelled my service in mid October 2007 (after 10 Oct 2007) and returned the ATA device on 16 Nov 2007. Despite repeated attempts to get my money they refused.

I made a reservation online for a vehicle to be picked up on Monday, 3/23/09. I had confirmation with a base rate of $198.54 per day, with a total rental charge of 255.38 per day, including taxes and fees. When I got to the Milwaukee airport, Pam, at the rental counter, informed me that the car that I rented was not available, but that they did have a grand marquis available for $255.38.
