ON MAY 1ST THERE WAS A FRAUDULENT CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. I CALLED THEM RIGHT AWAY, THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE COMPANY THE CHARGE WAS MADE TO, THEY TOLD ME TO CALL MY CARD COMPANY BACK TO FILEA CLAIM AND AGAIN THE TOLD ME TO CALL THE COMPANY THE CHARGE WENT TO. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS AND AM GETTING NOWHERE. THE AMOUNT OF THE MONEY IS NOT THE ISSUE IT IS THE PRINCIPAL THAT NOONE WANTS OR KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE THESE CLAIMS. WHEN I ASKTO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR BECAUSE I CAN NEVER UNDERSAND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I FEEL THAT THEY JUST PASS ME TO ANOTHER REP. I AM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF THIS GOING BACK AND FORTH AND READY TO HAVE A LAWYER LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME. THE COMPANY THE THE CHARGE WAS TO IS AN ADULT CATALOG ORDER CENTER FOR ADAM AND EVE, AND THEY ARE AS STUPD AS THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY.
