Neo Tech Publishing Company has an Unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. Neo Tech, also known as Nouveau Tech and a bunch of other names, has dozens of complaints about it, the #1 complaint is that people can't get a refund from this company. Other complaints include dishonest sales practices, sales presentation misrepresented product, advertisement misrepresented product, non-delivery of products, etc. The BBB states, 'Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to a pattern of consumer complaints and failure to correct or eliminate the underlying cause(s) of consumer dissatisfaction in the marketplace.'
