My Company is listed on shamscam.com!

How do I get my company name and complaint removed from this site?

Answer:

We will not remove your company name from our website. In the event you discover someone filed a complaint against your company name or your name we encourage you to settle your differences with the consumer that filed the complaint.

By resolving the issue that may have caused this complaint you will be creating a reason for the "consumer" to update and explain that you resolved the issue. This update will show that you handle customer service well and take consumer satisfaction seriously.  

You may also comment (File A Rebuttal) on the same page that the complaint against you is on to explain your side of the story. The only acceptable way to file a rebuttal is in the form of a rebuttal comment. DO NOT file a rebuttal in the form of a new post.

What if I am the person who filed a complaint and I want it removed?

If you filed a complaint on our site it will remain on our site. You can always add a comment to your complaint and explain new details or let others know a company has resolved an issue with you. This policy is in place to help the company you had an issue with, by submitting a comment that states the company helped you with the issue you will be showing others that the company in question values their customers.

We will not remove the original complaints. Please view our terms page for more information on this issue. You will be able to contact us from our terms page.

Update: We now charge an admin fee of $399.00 to review questionable complaints. We will review certain types of complaints for possible moderation. If we feel that the complaint crosses certain boundaries, it may be removed at our discretion
