MicroMotorx Car unable to worked out of the BOX

I ordered a 2 seater BMW for my grand daughters 2nd birthday the 1st of Feb 2009. In about 10 days we received the car at my daughters house . About a week later I traveled to her house (out of state) and built the car. Charged it for 24 hrs. It has never ran. My daughter tried several things to be sure we assembled correctly. ( I have managed a Large Chain Toy store for 12 yrs and assembled Several of these type items in the past). After several calls and e/mails to MicroMotorX and several we will have a tech call you in 2-3 days and the car still is not working we are now being told that the WARRENTY is only 30 days sorry we can no longer help you. The Car has never worked. Do NOT buy a product from this company. They do not stand behind the product.
