Mdansby.com,llc delivered a deffective product and refused to return the purchase price-New York Navigation: Main page Author: Jan I bought practice management and billing software from Mdansby for a small private practice of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I used the free demo for 30 days and all was well. They had to coordinate their program with a billing clearing house before I could use the product and promised that coordination within a week. That was the 6th of March 2009. They tried one way and that didn't work. Each day I was promised I would get the new coordination program the following day. As of today, March 31, 2009, I have received no working product and have not received my money back after numerous emails and demands. They neither answer their phone, nor respond to emails. I paid them $199.99 for the program and $150.00 for the coordination program.
