McDonalds False Advertising Navigation: Main page Author: Mike Attention, all Mcdonalds customers. This is probably happening at your local McDonalds as well. McDonalds advertises, (on TV, billboards, etc.), their Sweet Tea for $1. BUT, if you order a meal with it, they JACK THE PRICE to $1.60. False advertising, plain & simple. YET, it is advertised on their menu board as $1. I have contacted the BBB, and they have closed this since McDonalds corporate WILL NOT RESPOND. The only thing the employees say when questioned, is 'We have to charge like that'. PLEASE people, check this out at your local McDonalds, and join the fight against this blatant fraud!!
