I meet my daughter for lunch at the McDonald at 205 St and Jerome,but My daughter needed to use the restroom. when she ask the manager for the key She responeded a little nasty, the cleaner is on the floor ask her for it. My daughter looked And did not see her so she went back to the manager and told her she is not on the floor. Again with a nasty attedud she response then go in side the restroom she is in there, my daughter did and the door was close she knocked on the door as well as another young lady who was trying to get water for her baby's milk they got no response. Again they go Back to the manager and say she is not there.the cleaning lady most have been in the men rest room and had just came out when the manager looked over where the rest room are she saw her and said don't you see her? Why are you just standing there go in she is not coming out here to get you and a cashier who had just walked over to her registrar also makes a comment about my daughter standing there Now my is upset and response Why are you being so nasty the cleaning lady was not there and the manager and cachier Just keeped getting nastier, I then told my daughter just let it go. I asked the manager for her Name she said what do you want my name for I don't have to give you my name. I said as A manager when asked for your name you are suppose to and again very nasty said flora But refused to give me her last name,I know the name she gave me is not correct.I am very disappointed the manager as well as the cashier have no costermer service skills And should not be working in a place like McDonald. My daughter and I felt humiliated Disrespected and so inparence we couldn't eat our lunch we put it in the trash and went home. After this experience I don't now if I could ever go back to McDonald,and my I say my favorit lunch place. Hope this does not happen to anyone else.
