I contacted Wayne McClain to do an emergeny roof patch. he charged me $300. using my tarp & ladder. It failed a week later, on the 1st rain. He convinced me while on the roof at 9pm using a flashlight that I had extensive hail & wind damage and the roof could cave in. He gave me a contact to sign authorizing him to represent me to our Insurance co. After 3 weeks went by, his patch failed again and he did nothing. My Insurance Co looked at it and only authorized the repai and said the roof was fine.They said that Mr McClain padded the home loss and it was fraudulent. I promptly fired him. He continued to call my home and Insurance co. I had to have my boyfiend call Mr McClain when he threatend to come to my house when my Insurance adjuster was there. Mr McClain did not understand that he was fired. My boyfriend was firm with Mr McClain and that apparantly frightned him enough to file a restraining order against him for using foul languange. It was promplty dismissed by the Judge. Mr McClain looked foolish sitting among women seeking restraining orders from abusive partners. What real man in their right mind would do that? I had the repairs done for $484.00 and it has not leaked since. Now the little weasel is suing me for $3000 trying to squeeze money out of me for a job he was incapable of doing. I did not realize at the time he was an out of work handyman trying to latch on to a money source. He claims to be an on call State farm Catastrophic Adjuster, but the company denies any association with Wayne Allen McClain. I have filed multiple complaints already with the State of Mo Dept of Insurance Fraud Investigation Div,Dept of Consumer Affairs, Attorney General, BBB, State Farm,Allstate, etc. . I have a Private Investigator looking in other claims McClain had his hands on, starting with his own Mother. He scammed her Insurance co out of $8000 for a roof she did not need, according to McClain. We know where that money went, don't we? Do not use this self proclaimed Insurance Claims Specialist. He is a fraud and tries to pad your home loss so he can get the job. Then after you fire him, he continues to inject himself back into your life like a parasite. I have a suit of my own waiting for McClain and will have our day in court. With our evidence,and people we are bringing in to court, he will need a lawyer of his own to keep himself out of jail. I have all documents pertaining to this matter available.
