We signed a contract & insured our possession for move/storage with this company. While in storage at one of their facilities, their was a fire and our belongings were moved from the Landover storage to the Gaithersburg Md facility. Which we discovered on our own with notification from the company we paid a storage/insurance fee monthly. When our property was returned, a lot of our property was missing & some was damaged. The company sent a claim form, we filed & the claim was denied then just dismissed. Consumers have no recourse but to except these companies miss treatment, and pay for the privilege of being ripped off.
